Grace Ministries for Christ – Reaching Hearts and Minds with the Gospel of Jesus Christ

Grace Ministries for Christ (GMC) is a non-profit Christian ministry outreach established to help others overcome intrapersonal conflict with biblical thinking through preaching, teaching, and counseling with God’s Word toward healing, hope, and restoration in Christ; for the glory of God and for the advancement of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Thank you for visiting the Missions page of Grace Ministries for Christ (GMC). We invite you to prayerfully consider how you can join us in proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ. GMC is a non-profit, faith-based Christian Ministry Outreach devoted to reaching people where they are with the love, truth, and hope found only in Christ.

In 2025, our President and Senior Pastor, Rev. Dr. Yaron I. Kohen, served as a volunteer missionary pastor, Bible teacher, biblical counselor, and worship leader in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. While there, he taught as a Certified Bible Educator at the Inter-American School (IAS), an ACSI-accredited Christian school, and ministered within a community influenced by Catholic, Mayan, and Spanish heritage.

The mission field was abundant with opportunities to share God’s Word, disciple believers, and reveal Christ’s transforming power. Rev. Dr. Kohen’s calling remains clear—to meet people where they are and proclaim the redeeming message of Jesus Christ to all nations.Pastor’s Note

"How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!" (Romans 10:15)

Beloved friends in Christ,

By God’s grace, a door was opened for me to serve as a missionary pastor and Bible teacher in Guatemala. I did not go in my own strength, but in full surrender to His call—believing, as Job once declared, “No plan of God can be thwarted” (Job 42:2). I carried with me a heart of faith, decades of ministry experience, and a deep desire to teach God’s Word, offer biblical counsel, and lead others in authentic worship.

Yet this mission was never mine alone. As Paul reminded the Philippians in 4:14–17, the work of the Gospel depends on faithful ministry partners. And I was deeply blessed by the prayers, encouragement, and financial support of so many who stood with me. Your prayers upheld this mission spiritually. Your generous giving made it possible to provide housing, food, transportation, medical care, classroom supplies, worship materials (including an acoustic guitar), and the daily necessities of life while serving Christ in community.

From the depths of my heart, thank you for making this mission possible. Because of your faithfulness, the Gospel was taught, lives were touched, and the name of Jesus was lifted high in Guatemala.
